Religious B Lyceum Christianity and Religions

The thematic axis that runs through the 2nd Lyceum class concerns Religion and Society. Students will come into contact with concepts such as "God", "Religion", "Society", "Culture", "Ethics", and the individual concepts for each of them. This contact will start from their pre-existing experiences and knowledge, which they have acquired from their education inside and outside of school. The material is developed based on the needs of the students in the modern society where they live, their neighborhood, their school environment, their country, but also the wider diverse world. Through their active participation in various activities, they will acquire knowledge useful and necessary in the context of religious literacy, skills of communication, understanding and cooperation with each other and deepen their personal self-awareness and personal positioning towards aspects of the religious phenomenon and fundamental issues , respecting the freedom but also the diversity of other positions and opinions.
