Mathematics B High School

The book "Mathematics 2nd High School" includes the material provided by the study program of the Pedagogical Institute.

It consists of two parts which will be studied in parallel and several times complementary.

In the first part, Algebra starts with equations and inequalities of the first degree, while in the second part Geometry starts with the areas of plane figures which lead to the Pythagorean theorem. In Geometry, the Pythagorean theorem will be studied only for rational numbers and will then form the basis for the introduction of rational numbers in the second chapter of Algebra. Knowing the real numbers we can study Trigonometry, which occupies most of the paragraphs of the second chapter of the second part, which concludes with vectors.

Then the course of the two parts of the book becomes almost independent. The first part concludes with the presentation of basic functions and descriptive statistics, while the second with circle measurement and the study and measurement of geometric solids.
