The method you are holding in your hands is the first of three books for learning French in High School. The aim of this book is to be a bridge between the knowledge you have acquired in Primary and the knowledge required for further learning of the French language. At the same time, it is also an independent introduction for those of you who have not come into contact with French. The effort of the writing team was based on all the modern pedagogical methods of learning foreign languages, as well as on the directions set by the Pedagogical Institute. The approach to the language is made through getting to know the French culture which is part of our common European identity in order to develop intercultural awareness and motivation to learn the French language.
