If for any reason one of our products does not satisfy you, you can return it and replace it with another one, by phone at 210-6855892, or by e-mail.
THE product change is accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt and provided that it is accompanied by a receipt or a copy thereof and only if the products are unused, unsealed or their packaging has not been tampered with.
In case of change, the customer bears the corresponding cost, both for the return of the old and for the shipment of the new product, except for the delivery to the physical store. Also, our customer service will immediately commit the product of your change, so that it does not run out until we receive your return product.
The refund request, is accepted within 3 days from the date of receipt of the products. The customer is charged with the corresponding cost of returning the product. The refund will be made after we first receive your return product at our headquarters and if the products meet all the above conditions. The refund will be made within 3 working days, by deposit in the bank account indicated by the customer.

Maps and travel guides are returned within 3 days.
Return rights do not apply in the following cases:
- books of domestic and foreign publishing houses, upon special order of the consumer.
- stationery products made according to consumer specifications such as markers, crayons, plasticine, etc.
- products which are part of multi-packaging.
- sealed products such as CD - DVD - computer accessories.

You can cancel your order before sending it by calling 210-6855892 as soon as possible. In any other case of cancellation, depending on the progress of the order, we will inform you about the options you have.
