This book will help you to speak and write in English but also to come into contact with the cultures of English speakers and other peoples and to recognize the similarities and differences they have with our own culture. In this book you will use English to deal with a variety of subjects using the knowledge and skills you have acquired through other school subjects such as Language, History, Maths, Environmental Studies, PE, Music and the Arts . You will take advantage of your knowledge and skills to create work plans (projects), participating in them individually or in groups. You will have fun using English in games, songs and dance. Your book has 10 chapters and each chapter has 3 lessons. In the first two lessons of each chapter there are incidents from the life of a group of classmates in the 4th grade of an international school. The third lesson is a work plan related to the topic of the chapter. At the end of each chapter you will be able to evaluate what you have learned by taking a test, where you will rate yourself. You will still be able to turn to the appendices to learn more about grammar, write the key vocabulary of each chapter and also make your reading easier by applying the learning strategies mentioned on the cover of each chapter.
