Description

Mathematics A Gymnasium

In primary school, the first cycle of basic education was completed. In Middle School, we will build on the knowledge we have acquired so far, use it and try to develop and expand it.

Along the way, we may find that the knowledge we have is not always sufficient. They must, therefore, be completed appropriately and then we proceed to the next step, to the new reflection and finally to the new knowledge. Thus, with our own effort and in parallel with the help and guidance of our teacher, we will manage, all together in the classroom, to develop our capabilities, adding not only knowledge but also new ways to acquire it.

We know Mathematics as a school subject. But we shouldn't stop at that. The more Mathematics we know and use, the better we interpret our world and ultimately understand it. It is a code necessary for understanding our world, which works like the programming "language" in computers. The more "words" one knows from this "language", i.e. Mathematics, the better one utilizes the potential of one's mind. Also, Mathematics is not just a tool for improving individual performance, but a key driver that helps social development.

This book aspires to be a step in these directions. It is written in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Unified Curriculum Framework (CCU) and the new Analytical Curriculum (CCU) for High School Mathematics, as well as the specific specifications and guidelines of the Pedagogical Institute.

An important feature of this book is that the presentation of theory is often limited, to leave students with the opportunity to develop, with the help of their teachers, intuition, testing, research and finally the necessary synthesis.
